So am I wrong or wasn't the number 350

I thought we were suppose to stay bellow 350 now were 385 parts per millions carbon dioxide hmm how much of a problem is this... then they are saying we are cooling hmmm... is the ocean really cooling I think there is some funny business going on here... Perspective matters here we must all try to keep this in context and time scales that make sence when talking about the planet.
