I wonder is this a wise direction for the United States Of America to be going in... I think that it is important that this decisions be well put together .... take for example the idea of a B-om-b is about to go off in Ny and this guy knows about it... what can/should you use to get the info from him... I guess I can only say no-one is looking to bomb Zurich... lets call this preemptive strategies vs last ditch... Is a last ditch function even helpful if it blows your long term strategy down the tubes... in other word if your longterm strategy is human rights and liberty how is waterboarding helpful... you have to decide what your principles are and then you have to stand behind them... me I believe in human rights...
